bird & brush: first glance storyblock

One of our new perspectives from our bird & brush collaborations.  Beautiful small-scale landscape paintings on reclaimed hardwood blocks. Each shaped & painted by hand here in our studio. Click below to learn more about our process.

While this story was first written for a new mother, it's since found its way into the lives of all sorts of people: lovers, friends, family you have made with each other.

In that moment, our eyes met & I remember thinking this is what it is to be struck by lightning, knowing I would never be untouched by you again.
